Hate having a drink on my own, the dog only drinks water

I have been a widow for ten years,  so would really like to socialise. Sounds daft but I do like to have my own space, I just want the best of both worlds being able to go out or staying in. I sound really boring but I do have a sense of humour, I love banter, not looking for a perm relationship, can you tell?
