I have a personal trainer and enjoy weight training and toning. love badminton and running on a sunny morning around the park and fields near me.  Love sunshine holidays and it is never too hot for me!  Also like crashing on the sofa with a great book and hanging out with family and friends.  Love to be loved and give 100% in return xx
