Mature lady looking for a companion

I am a retired 72 year old lady, 5ft 3" and of medium build.
I have been widowed for several years and have two grown up daughters and I am a grandmother of five.
I would like to meet a man of a similar age for friendship only
I like the simple things in life, short walks with my cocker spaniel, meals out and  going to the theatrey occasionally, dining out, I also like watching the F1 racing and watching a film.
My family and friends would say I am a kind and caring lady who doesn't take herself too seriously. I do not smoke and I rarely drink alcohol. It would be nice to meet someone who has a similar lifestyle.
