I have gone through spiritual growth in recent years. Being alone is just as good as being with that right person, and is much better than being with a wrong person. I am learning to live in the now, and from time to time to allow myself a moment to look within and enjoy the sound of silence. I was in the legal profession for many years,  and have tales to tell. I now spend time learning about healthy living. I put that knowledge into practice in my daily life. I like juicing and smoothies. I am a one-man woman. You needn't look over your shoulder wondering what I'm doing when your back is turned. I enjoy art, ¢lassi¢al music, soul, blues, smooth jazz, cuban music and 1970s disco. I like to hear a pop song every now and then too. I love the elegance in films from the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s. I prefer tranquility to hustle and bustle,  and the moderate British weather to hot climates. Looking for a gentleman, protective of me, honourable, respectable, respectful, well mannered and clean.
